The music is so loud, you can no longer talk here. My chicken wings were completely burned, staff slowly inattentive and unfriendly, so one and never again. Acquaintances report the same.

The service was not good. It took so long for someone taking our order and also to bring the drinks. Maybe it was a bad night, but the drink was not great too.

The food was fantastic. Delicious cocktails and friendly service. We had a nice evening ♥ ️

Great mexican style chain restaurant. The ratio quantity/quality/price is well balanced.

The food tasted okay, but relatively manageable to little. Price / performance is therefore not really right. Drinks lasted forever. Was there with a good friend and actually wanted to stay longer but so we moved on.

Good place to have some drinks or cocktails with friends and maybe some snacks, but avoid if you want a good Mexican dinner. Food quality is not the best.

Very unfriendly waiters, answers snuggly! When paying by card, we simply add a tip! Was there for the first time today, will not come a second time! NOT RECOMMENDED !!!! Waited 45 minutes for our meal -.-

I don't find the prices justified compared to the food. For three people we only came with a main course for € 50, and the food is simply not good enough for that. I also found the service very unfriendly every time. Will not go there again.

Bad service and racist treatment towards the obscure guests, a blonde employee just wanted to have an argument with us. We felt very uncomfortable and we would not recommend the restaurant to others.

Absolutely poor service and the food was not outstanding either ... the waiters deliberately overlook you - they look at you and then turn away. Bread for the salad is obtained after you have received the salad 30 minutes beforehand, so to speak, to pay for, the French fries are extremely salty and not edible. Maybe the owner should think about using more staff at the weekend and working on the quality. Maybe drink again with a cocktail - eat, no thanks!

I found the command extremely likeable. Certainly I come here with my business partners and can rely on being served without complaint. The inn is actually very nicely furnished. No cheap decoration, instead there was a lot of really good-looking color matching. Try this unique kitchen, there is something for everyone on the menu.

The waiter kept walking past our table without paying any attention to us. When taking the order, he just went to another table after the second order, even though one of us had not yet ordered anything. The prices of the non-alcoholic cocktails are also very outrageous for this size. Otherwise everything tasted good.

We ate here for the first time today and loved it. Very tasty food and great service.

Standard Cocktail Location Tip: don’t sit outside after the market packs up. There is a fish wagon that dumps it’s “sauce “ on the ground and it stinks to high heaven and draws flies by the millions!

Yesterday before happy hours the cocktails and service were pretty good. A few minutes before 11 o' clock they come to ask for a last drink for the Full price. After 11 the staff ignores you and barely visit the table... And if you order a cocktail, you don't even taste alcohol anymore..!!!!!

We went as a couple without our children. Food was good. Cocktails are great. Service was bad. Having to wait very long before being able to order. Staff seems to be more oriented on the guests outside and seems to forget about the guests inside. Furthermore the staff is not friendly. They barely say a word , just putting food/drinks down and walk away immediately, don't wish you a pleasant meal dont ask in between if everything is alright. When you ask them for something they seem to be bothered. Okay for couples or friend groups not recommend for families.

Great spicy food and burgers, with good cocktails

You sit outside very nicely with a view of the historic town hall. My salad was delicious, even though it was served with chicken breast contrary to my order.

It was incredibly slow. They are understaffed. Although the waiter is constantly working, she can not reach all the tables. Salsa sauce was the worst, I have eaten in my life. Everything was too oily and over salty.

Great service, friendly, fast, in a good mood. Food absolutely top! It was a great evening. Thanks and happy again.

Sausalitos is like a Mexican Restaurant with European flair. The food is pretty good, I had the chicken fajita and it was delicious, it could use a little more chicken, but all in all a great dish. They also have a pretty extensive drink card. I tried the Bahama Mama and it was pretty tasty. Plus it's in front of Aachen City Hall.

Very nice waiters! The food and the cocktails were delicious and also for a good price. If you really want to eat delicious Mexican food, you will definitely find what you are looking for. The possibility to put together your own burrito is particularly nice. thumbs up

Were there on June 25th, 2020 around noon. Waiter seemed overworked and was sometimes responsible for drinks, orders and deliveries even without counter staff. We waited almost 30 minutes to pay. Clearly a mistake by the management and their personnel savings.

friendly and polite staff. main dishes are delicious, creative and a little pricy for the size of portion. very refreshing drinks.it took 40 minutes for dessert to get ready. perfect location near Aachen Cathedral.

Great little Mexican place in Aachen! Taste, quality, service and atmosphere were all very surprisingly top notch.

The cocktails are awesome! But the food is terrible. I would recommend this place for drinks after dinner ;)

Food was to salt for me, cocktails good

Not bad for its prices, but i am not excited from their quality in food. I was there on mondays where you get half price dishes. I ate a burger, for the half price was good, but the original price for it, it's overestimated.

I went there the other day with some friends, we had tacos, quesadillas, nachos and sweet potato fries. The food was savoury, the presentation is also very good and the waitress was extremely friendly. The only drawback is that the place is a bit pricy.
